Terms of Use — PupSeason

By downloading or using PupSeason ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law does not allow that restriction.

2. No accounts

The app has no accounts or login. You are responsible for keeping your own device and any device passcode secure.

3. Subscriptions

"PupSeason Premium" is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the store under its own terms. Cancel anytime in your store account's subscription settings; access continues until the end of the current period.

4. Not veterinary advice

PupSeason is an informational tracking tool. It does not provide veterinary, medical, or breeding advice, and estimates it shows are not guarantees. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for decisions about your dog's health.

5. Your data

Your records are stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups (for example, device backups) if losing your records would be a problem for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt it or any related services.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data recorded in the app.

9. Changes

We may update the app or these Terms; we will post the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
