Privacy Policy — PupSeason

PupSeason ("PupSeason", "the app", "we", "us") is an offline dog heat-cycle tracker published as an independent app (application ID: com.pupseason.app). This policy describes what data PupSeason handles. The short version:

PupSeason does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. There are no accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for.

1. No accounts, no login

PupSeason has no user accounts and no login. You cannot register, sign in, or be identified through the app. We do not offer or require sign-in with Apple, Google, email, or any other identity provider. Because there are no accounts, there are no server-side profiles and no account deletion process — there is simply no account data to delete.

2. What we collect: nothing

• We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or advertising IDs.
• We do not show ads, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The app therefore never shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
• The app contains crash and error reporting code, but it is disabled by default and transmits nothing in the current release. If we ever enable it, it would be limited to technical crash diagnostics that are not linked to your identity, this policy would be updated before that version ships, and the app store privacy labels would be updated at the same time.
• The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive device permission.

3. Data stored on your device

Everything you record in PupSeason — heat-cycle records, notes, litter and puppy entries, weight logs, and your onboarding/settings state — is stored only on your device, in the app's own local storage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share it (for example, by taking a screenshot).

To delete this data, delete your entries inside the app, clear the app's data in your device settings, or uninstall the app. All local data is removed with it. Because we have no servers, we cannot recover, restore, or keep copies of anything you delete.

4. Purchases

PupSeason offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("PupSeason Premium"). If you subscribe, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their own terms and privacy policies. Your payment details and store identity stay with the store; we never receive your name, address, payment information, or any other identifying detail. You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your store account's subscription settings.

5. Links to other sites

The app links to this policy and to our Terms of Use (yontu.app/pupseason/privacy and yontu.app/pupseason/terms), and store pages may be opened from the subscription screen. Those pages and stores operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

6. Children

PupSeason is a general-audience tool and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other users. If you are a parent or guardian with a question, contact us below.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. If a change is tied to a new data-related capability, the policy and app store privacy labels will be updated before that version is released.
